Business Process

These days, Business Process is used in any economic activity.Business process is the important procedures of a company. Business process function is to wheel drive a company. You have to know what business process means in order to start the business.

A business process must have good business goals, such as efficiently and effectively to make it easy to adapt the processes in it. This means that business process should be oriented on the number and quality of product output, at least in using resources and can be adapted according to the needs of business and markets.

Definition of Process is a group of acts starting from the input, then add the values to get the desired output. There is a beginning, an end and the inputs and outputs are clearly defined.

Definition of Business is to produce results that have a value to the customer who need the results.

Definiton of Business Processes is the procedures of the company that handle the business request, such as bank loan request, order entry at a shipping company. This process is not concrete, it is the way people interact and business systems to handle the request.

Process Bussiness is important :  fixing process means fixing bussiness

Business Process can be in an organization. (eg manufacturing), or involve multiple organizations, such as Business Process on the mortgage.

Business processes can be qualified:

• to eliminate errors
• to minimize delays
• to maximize the use of asset-tailored to the capacity demand
• Ease of understanding
• Easy to use
• Customer focused and adaptive to changing needs
• to provide competitive advantage to the organization

Procedures of Business Process Modelling:

• Define the purpose, scope, and limitations
• Understanding and mapping running processes
• Measuring process performance
• Determine the root cause
• Identify process improvement
• The implementation of business process improvement
